Took part as a respondent at information platforms rendered by a foreign agent and a foreign media. Disseminated fake information on the rulings made by bodies of public power of the Russian Federation and their policy, as well a on the election system of the Russian Federation. Apart from that, disseminated fake information aimed at forming a negative image of power bodies including law enforcement agencies. As one of the main pieces of evidence of political activity, the Ministry of Justice cited an interview with Shevtsov published on the website semnasem.online, which was identified as a resource of the "Horizontal Russia" project. However, the project's editor-in-chief claims this domain has no connection to the project, and the project's journalists did not interview Shevtsov.
