Took part in creating and disseminating reports and materials of foreign agents for an unlimited circle of persons, as well as in creating reports and materials of an organization included into the register of foreign and international organizations whose activity has been deemed undesirable in the territory of the Russian Federation. Currently lives outside of the Russian Federation. Beware the News Telegram channel reported that the reason to include Movchan into the register of foreign agents was his work in the Carnegie Endowment, his interviews to journalists and media included into the register, and 23 reposts of materials by "foreign agents."
