Founded in Paris by human rights activist Lev Ponomarev. The organization's main tasks are: to support the Russian civil society in the situation of repressions, to help political refugees and deserters from Russia, to establish a platform for an expert discussion on the termination of war in Ukraine and building a democracy in Russia.
