The organization does not perform any functions. It was created by journalists Irina Borukhovich (Tumakova), Ekaterina Mayakovskaya, Murad Muradov, Vladimir Voronov, Andrey Filimonov, Ekaterina Lushnikova, psychotherapist and writer Maria Sabunaeva, and blogger Karen Shainyan. According to the new legislation, are obliged to establish a Russian LLC.
