Bard College is an American liberal arts and sciences liberal arts university founded in 1860. It is considered one of the most innovative educational institutions in the United States.
For a long time, Bard College actively collaborated with St. Petersburg State University. It was added to the list of "undesirable" organizations on June 30, 2021.
