The “Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation” assists the development of civil society in the countries of the Black Sea region-Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, and southern regions of Russia. Another goal of the foundation is to support free media and human rights organizations in Belarus in order to resist the dictatorial regime.
