Participated in the creation and dissemination to an unrestricted audience of messages and materials produced by foreign agents, as well as in the dissemination of messages and materials produced by organizations included on the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities have been declared undesirable in the Russian Federation. She disseminated information that the Russian authorities describe as false concerning decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and their policies. She maintains ties with an organization included in the register of foreign agents. She resides outside the Russian Federation.
