Disseminated messages and materials of foreign agents to an unlimited number of persons. Participated in the dissemination of messages and materials, as well as information about the events of organizations included in the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities are recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation. Disseminated false information about decisions made by the public authorities of the Russian Federation and the policies they pursue, as well as about the Russian educational system. The founders of the project reside outside the Russian Federation.
