International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR)

The International Partnership for Human Rights is a Belgian human rights non-governmental organization. It monitors and documents violations of international human rights standards, as well as disseminates the collected information. Its materials related to topics that resonated for Russia about freedom of speech in Crimea, human rights in Chechnya and Dagestan, or the measures of the Russian government to combat coronavirus. In 2013, a report was published on the monitoring of legal proceedings related to the application of the law on “foreign agents”. As part of the "Persons of Faith" campaign in 2015, "Partnership for Human Rights" published a series of interviews with representatives of various religious minorities.
