The Alliance of Foundations of Local Communities of the Perm Territory is an association of Perm and regional NGOs for mutually beneficial cooperation and improving the efficiency of each of them. The alliance was created by Perm foundations of local communities of various directions (charitable, social, cultural and others). The organization represents the interests of its participants in the non-profit sector and provides them with the necessary assistance.
