Disseminated information that the Russian authorities describe as false concerning decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and their policies, as well as information that the authorities describe as false and aimed at creating a negative image of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. He spoke out against the special military operation in Ukraine and promoted LGBT relationships. He participated in the dissemination to an unrestricted audience of messages and materials produced by foreign agents, as well as by an organization included on the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities have been declared undesirable in the Russian Federation. The project was founded by a foreign non-profit organization.
