Participated in creating and disseminating, to an unlimited circle of persons, messages and materials of foreign agents, as well as in disseminating messages and materials of organizations included in the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities have been declared undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation. Engaged in propaganda of LGBT relations. Interacts with foreign agents; the project is managed from outside the Russian Federation.
