The Association of Schools of Political Research of the Council of Europe (ACPI) is a French nongovernmental organization whose goal is “civic education of young political, economic, social and cultural leaders of countries with economies in transition.” The association annually holds seminars and conferences on human rights, European integration, democracy and globalization.
Every year more than a thousand ACPI alumni from all over the world meet in Strasbourg for the Council of Europe World Forum for Democracy, where they participate in plenary sessions and seminars of the highest level.

Since 2015, this status can be assigned to foreign and international non-governmental organizations that, in the opinion of the Russian government, pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation, the defense capability of the country, or state security. Since 2021, this registry also includes those who cooperate with “undesirable organizations.”
