'Action' is a non-profit organization that has been engaged in educational work and assistance to HIV-infected people among socially vulnerable groups. After the center was marked as a 'foreign agent', its director Valery Sozaev announced the closure of the NGO after the fine of 300,000 rubles issued to the organization was paid. Now the organization is in the process of liquidation.
