The Ingush Republican branch of the All-Russian public organization “Russian Red Cross” is a Russian charitable public organization that is a full member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent movements, better known as the International Red Cross. The persecution of the Ingush branch is associated with the oppositional activities of its leader Musa Malsagov.
