Maximum supported the LGBTQ community in the Murmansk region from 2009 to 2015. The organization provided social, psychological and legal assistance to victims of discrimination and homophobia, published relevant newspapers and brochures.
Soon after being included in the register of 'foreign agents', 'Maximum' ceased its activities. However, the regional initiative group of the same name, created on its basis, continues to work today.
