The Perm Regional Human Rights Center is engaged in the protection of prisoners' rights. The main goal of the organization is to assist citizens in protecting their personal rights and freedoms.
Particular attention is paid to the protection of information rights, the rights of migrants, the rights of prisoners, and the rights of persons who have suffered from the illegal actions of law enforcement officials.

In addition, the Perm Regional Human Rights Center is studying the problem of sexual violence in prison.
