Andriy Serezhenko

A resident of Kherson. He was detained on June 29, 2022, and transported to an unknown location on September 2. Official Russian media reported his alleged involvement in organizing the car bombing of Yevgeniy Sobolev, who at the time was the head of the Kherson Region Department of the Federal Penitentiary Service. Serezhenko was charged with committing a terrorist act and possession of explosives.
