Resident of Ivanovo. In July 2025, he was detained and taken into custody on charges of public justification of terrorism. The occasion was comments in support of the Russian Freedom Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps. In March 2026, Yevdokimov was sentenced to six years in a general regime colony.
