Ilya Mezentsev

A resident of Kislovodsk. A case was brought against him for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation and propaganda of terrorism. According to the investigation, he corresponded with representatives of the Legion "Freedom of Russia" and carried out their tasks, in particular, he put up leaflets with a link to their Telegram channel. On 24 March 2026, Mezentsev was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime colony.
