Sergey Starkov

A resident of Kirovo-Chepetsk (Kirov region). A case was brought against him for financing the activities of an "undesirable" organisation. Apparently, this is about the religious movement "AllatRa", since the information report on its prosecution refers to an organisation that was recognised not only as "undesirable" but also as extremist. In March 2026, the case went to court.
