Terentev Ruslan Petrovich

Resident of Kazan. Detained after searches on 17 March 2022 because of anonymous posts in a Telegram channel. Searches took place at a number of civil and political activists in the city. On 19 March Terentyev was released without preventive measure. At the end of March it was reported that Terentyev had disappeared and his whereabouts were unknown. Later it turned out that he was under a non-deportation undertaking. Initially he was a suspect in the case of involvement in mass riots, but eventually he was charged with calls for mass riots. On 7 July 2022, Terentyev was sentenced to a year of restricted freedom.
