The Ministry of Justice has added Brigham Young University from the United States and Germany’s Körber Foundation to its list of “undesirable organisations,” according to the updated register.
Brigham Young University was founded in 1875 in the state of Utah. It is one of the largest religious universities in the United States, with most of its students being members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons).
The Körber Foundation was established in 1959 by German businessman Kurt Körber. The organisation focuses on research in the fields of demography, education, democracy, history, international affairs, culture and science.
