In Russian-occupied Crimea, a criminal case has been opened against a 50-year-old resident of Kerch for justifying terrorism (Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) over a comment about the drone attack on the Kremlin, reports RIA Novosti, citing the FSB press service.
The authorities seized the man’s computer and detained him.
According to law enforcement, the detainee, using the nickname “Ay Yay,” posted a comment in the Telegram messenger that justified the 2023 drone attack on Vladimir Putin’s residence in the Kremlin. A linguistic examination concluded that his statements contained elements of justification of terrorism.
