The Ministry of Internal Affairs has declared the rapper Face wanted.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has declared Ivan Dremin, known as the rapper Face, wanted. “Mediazona” found the relevant wanted listing in the police database.

It is currently unknown which article the musician is being pursued under.

Face left Russia back in early 2022, apparently under pressure from the security forces. A few months later, the Ministry of Justice declared him a “foreign agent.”

Since then, Dremin has been repeatedly fined under articles for failing to label himself as a “foreign agent” (Article 19.34.1 of the Administrative Code and Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code) and for failure to submit a “foreign agent” report (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code).

While in exile, the rapper has publicly condemned the Russian military invasion of Ukraine. His music has been removed from Russian streaming platforms, “Mediazona” notes.

23 July Face disappeared from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' wanted list, Mediazona reports.

The reason for this is unknown.
