The Prosecutor General’s Office has declared the German Rosa Luxemburg Foundation for Social Analysis and Political Education (Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Gesellschaftsanalyse und politische Bildung) an “undesirable organisation.” This was announced by the press service of the agency.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, under the guise of public education and promoting international understanding, the foundation carries out “anti-Russian projects” around the world and “spreads among young people the radical views of foreign agents and actively supports the discrediting of Russian authorities.”
The Rosa Luxemburg Foundation was established in 1990 in Berlin. The organisation is involved in educational projects, including providing scholarships to international students enrolled in master’s or doctoral programmes at German universities.
