The Ministry of Justice has added the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, registered in Poland (Helsińska Fundacja Praw Człowieka), to the register of “undesirable organisations.” This follows from an update to the register.

The Prosecutor General’s Office made a similar decision back on 25 July. The reason for including the foundation in the register is unknown.

The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights is a non-governmental organisation that works to protect human rights in the European Union, the countries of Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus.
