A resident of Yekaterinburg, a major city in the Urals, has been detained on charges of public incitement to terrorism (Part 1, Article 205.2 of the Russian Criminal Code). This was reported by “e1.ru.”
The detainee is accused of creating Nazi graffiti and supporting the Russian Volunteer Corps.
According to information from the Telegram channel Readovka, during a search, sketches and drawings featuring extremist symbols were found at the Yekaterinburg resident’s place. They also have tattoos with Nazi symbols on their body.
The exact symbols the detainee is being accused of possessing have not been specified.
The Chkalovsky District Court of Yekaterinburg has sent the detainee to a pre-trial detention centre for one month and 18 days.
