The prosecution and investigators have requested a sentence of five years and six months in prison for Ogneslav Raikh, a 21-year-old resident of Kopeysk, in the case of “justifying terrorism” (Part 2, Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code), reports “Mediazona.”

The prosecutor also asked to ban Raikh from administering websites and channels for a period of two years.

The case was opened in December 2024. According to the prosecution, in May last year, he left a comment in a Telegram channel commemorating neo-Nazi Dmitry Borovikov: “He talks like a resentful or maybe even a broken convict, although if he’s in the RDK, he should behave in a manner worthy of a warrior. Because everyone in the FSB is like that. I’m joking, of course, I’m just a troll.”

In court, Raikh stated that he made the comment in response to personal aggression, and that he only wanted to joke and “troll.” In his final statement, he asked for forgiveness: he promised not to repeat his mistakes, to strive for a normal life, and to start a family.

Raikh works as an assembler at a household chemicals plant and is currently under a travel ban. He has changed his name twice—he was originally Nikita Sosov, then changed it to Raikh Stanislav, and later chose the name Ogneslav.
