Vladislav Leontiev was supposed to be released from the special detention centre in Luga (a town south of St Petersburg) at 22:30, but he never appeared. This was reported by Bumaga, whose correspondent was waiting outside the facility.

The special detention centre told the journalist and the musician’s relatives that he had been released as early as 22:20. However, they did not see Leontiev leave the building. The authorities are refusing to show CCTV footage to his relatives.

The location from Leontiev’s phone, which he had previously shared with a friend, shows that the device remains within the grounds of the special detention centre.

The musician’s partner reported his disappearance to the police. Leontiev’s mother was allowed inside the detention centre—she did not find her son in the building, reports SOTAvision. She also filed a missing person report.

The previous day, when another member of the group was released from the same detention centre, the guitarist was detained upon leaving.

12:47 Vladislav Leontiev made contact: during the night, he called his partner from Police Station No. 2 in St Petersburg. This was reported by Bumaga. The station itself also confirmed to the publication that the musician was there.

15:11 A new charge was filed against Leontiev—that of obstructing pedestrian or vehicle movement (Part 3, Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by ZAKS.Ru.

30 October The Leninsky District Court sentenced Vladislav Leontiev to a further 12 days in detention. This was reported by Mediazona.

The musician’s legal team highlighted discrepancies in the charge sheet. For example, at the time mentioned in the document, Vladislav was not participating in any demonstration. The defence requested that the police officers who drew up the charge sheet be called to court, but the judge refused this request.
