A report was filed against Ekaterina for organising the mass presence of citizens in a public place, SOTAvision reports.
Under this same article, participants of the “stoptime” event in St Petersburg have already been arrested twice.
The court began hearing Ekaterina’s administrative case today. According to the Perm 36.6 channel, an activist filed the report against her, claiming they missed their bus because of the concert.
The defence lawyer requested that the activist be summoned to court for questioning. The motion was granted, and the hearing was postponed until 6 November.
After the court session, the detainee was taken to the police station.
20:14 Ekaterina is being held overnight at the Leninsky police station. According to the Perm 36.6 channel, her cell is cold, and there is no water or toilet.
The channel reports that another protocol is to be drawn up against the young woman.
The news has been corrected: the report against Ekaterina was filed by an activist, not a police officer, as previously stated.
- The street concert in support of the arrested “stoptime” musicians took place on 22 October. Another performance was planned for 1 November, but the day before, Ekaterina announced its cancellation due to fears of arrests.
