In Moscow, a picketer advocating for the rights of children with disabilities was detained.

On Manezhnaya Square in Moscow, picketer Elena Cherepanova was detained—she was advocating for the rights of children with disabilities. Her friend reported this to OVD-Info.

Cherepanova was taken to the “Kitay-gorod” police station. She is currently out of contact. Lawyer Oskar Cherdzhiev is on their way to assist the detainee.

14:15 The picketer was released from the station without a protocol being drawn up.
