Former pro-government blogger Ilya Remeslo has been detained in connection with a case on “military fakes.”

This was reported by TASS, citing law enforcement officials. The exact reason for Remeslo’s detention has not been specified.

In March, the former pro-government blogger unexpectedly began to criticise the current authorities. After that, he was sent to a psychiatric hospital, and when he was released 30 days later, he continued to publish posts critical of the regime. For example, yesterday Remeslo wrote that “everything is heading to a situation where even a small push could result in Putin losing power”.
