In the Primorsky district of St Petersburg, according to preliminary reports, an observer from Olga Yurkevich—the Yabloko party candidate for the State Duma in constituency No. 215—has been detained. This was reported by MR7.

The observer was detained under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences (disobeying a lawful order given by a police officer). The information was provided to journalists by Anton Kostik, a lawyer and member of the party.

13:47 The detained observer is currently at police station No. 86, according to Rotonda. They have been issued a protocol under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences. The detention took place at polling station No. 1919. The observer arrived at the station in the morning and had been pre-registered as an observer, but, according to Yabloko’s press service, the chair of the commission declared that the observer was “nobody and had come to sabotage the election.” As a result, police were called and the observer was detained. During the arrest, the observer was thrown to the floor and lost consciousness.
