Reports of discrepancies in turnout and other violations during the elections have emerged in St Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

In St Petersburg and the Leningrad region, observers and commission members have reported numerous violations during the elections, including discrepancies in turnout figures, issues with home voting, ballot storage, and restrictions placed on observers.

At precinct election commission (PEC) no. 967 in Kudrovo, questions were raised regarding home voting; at PEC no. 60, an observer counted 210 voters, although the system showed 420; and at PEC no. 769, there were 387 voters recorded but 936 according to the official record. According to Yabloko and the Communist Party (KPRF), at some polling stations the number of voters recorded in documents differs from the figures in the system, and ballots might have been added to safe packages and ballot boxes.
