Violations during the elections have been recorded in Pskov Region, north-western Russia.

In Pskov, north-western Russia, the territorial election commission denied access to 30 observers representing State Duma candidate Yevgeny Vasilyev, according to the regional branch of the Yabloko party. Violations are being recorded in the region, including instances where voters are photographed while voting at home. In Velikiye Luki, a major city in the area, Yabloko reports that one of their observers was denied access to the documents related to home voting.
