At polling station no. 2752 in the Prospekt Vernadskogo district, commission member Alexei Zhuravishkin hit an independent commission member with the right to a decisive vote while she was filming the vote count, RusNews reports.

“What the fuck is wrong with you? I told you: fuck off out of here. I’ll shove this phone up your arse, you were told not to take pictures,” Zhuravishkin shouted.

The woman showed the recording to the police officers who arrived and went to file a report.

The day before, Zhuravishkin had already argued with her: he called her into a separate office and yelled at her after she asked to see the applications for home voting. At that time, he threatened to call the police, claiming that she was “causing a scene in front of the voters.”
