In Penza, a regional city in western Russia, a blogger has been arrested after posting a video featuring spoiled ballot papers.

Stanislav Morozov, a blogger from Penza, voted in the street: he marked all the candidates, wrote “Putin is a dickhead” on one ballot paper, and on another crossed out “United Russia” and added: “Goes straight to hell.” He filmed a video about this, and after publishing it, Morozov was detained by the police, reports “7×7.”

Morozov had covered the forced conscription of people in Penza on contract. According to his mother, the court sentenced him to 14 days of detention. The exact article he was charged under is unknown.
