Kseniya Maksimova has been added to the list of “terrorists and extremists”

Rosfinmonitoring has added Kseniya Maksimova to the list of “terrorists and extremists,” reports RusNews. Previously, Maksimova was declared wanted at the federal level. The specific Criminal Code article under which the criminal case was opened against her is unknown.

In 2022, Maksimova, together with other activists, founded the Russian Democratic Society in London, which organises anti-war actions. In 2024, she also became a consul of the “Anti-War Committee of Russia” in the United Kingdom.

Russian authorities consider the Russian Democratic Society to be an “undesirable” organisation. The Supreme Court has recognised the “Anti-War Committee of Russia” as a “terrorist organisation.”
