Former deputy of the Assembly of Deputies of the Dobruchnskaya volost of Gdovsky district, Pskov Oblast, editor and administrator of a network of local information resources "Citizens of Gdovsky Region." In 2021, a report was filed against him for announcing an unauthorized protest action in a VKontakte public group; the court terminated proceedings in the case.
Participated in the distribution of messages and materials of foreign agents to an unlimited circle of persons. Distributed false information about decisions made and policies conducted by public authorities of the Russian Federation, spoke out against the special military operation in Ukraine. Resides outside the Russian Federation.
