A community of anti-war Russian emigrants living in over 40 countries. Launched in the summer of 2023 by the "Ark" project of Anastasia Burakova with support from the Russian Anti-War Committee. It conducts local meetings, discussions, and educational programs aimed at preparing the emigrant community for political changes in Russia.
