The author performs in a mask and does not reveal their identity; the project has existed since around 2016 and is dedicated to criticizing Russian authorities and state propaganda.
He disseminated false information about decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and the policies they pursued, spoke out against the special military operation in Ukraine. He participated in the dissemination to an unlimited circle of persons of messages and materials from foreign agents, as well as organizations included in the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities have been recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation.
