It has been operating since the 2010s, with approximately 72,000 subscribers and over 16,000 publications.
Participated in the dissemination of messages and materials of foreign agents to an unlimited circle of persons, as well as an organization included in the list of foreign and international organizations whose activities are recognized as undesirable on the territory of the Russian Federation. Disseminated false information about decisions made by public authorities of the Russian Federation and the policies pursued by them.
