Aleksandr Kislovskii

A resident of Smolensk. Formerly a member of the Democratic Party of Russia, he was a candidate for the regional legislative assembly in 2002. A case was brought against him for spreading deliberately false information about the Russian Armed Forces. In March 2026, the case went to court.
