Aleksandr Paisov
Biography
Resident of Zvenigorod (Moscow region). On 10 December 2025, he was subjected to a search conducted as part of an investigation in a case of an extremist organization because of his affiliation with the Jehovah's Witnesses community. Representatives of this community are prosecuted under extremist articles solely because of their religious activities - holding meetings and worship services and attracting new supporters.
The next day after his arrest, the court sent Paisov to a pre-trial detention centre.
