Aleksandr Panov
Biography
A Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner no later than March 2022. A criminal case was opened against him on charges of participating in the activities of a terrorist community, stemming from his involvement with the Azov Battalion. In November 2025, the case was referred to court. On February 24, 2026, Panov was sentenced; the details remain unknown.
