In July 2025, Snezhkov reported that a new criminal case had been opened against him. According to him, in January of the same year, when he was in SIZO-1 in Chita, a prisoner cooperating with the administration was placed in his cell and began to ask Snezhkov why he was in jail. The anarchist told about his case - this conversation was recorded on a dictaphone. On the basis of this recording, the FSB opened a criminal case on justification of terrorism and calls for terrorism. On 22 October 2025, Snezhkov was sentenced, taking into account his previous sentence, to five years in a strict regime colony. On 16 February 2026, the appeal court reduced the sentence by six months, considering that Snezhkov's words did not contain calls to terrorism, but only justification. Taking into account the previous sentence, the total term was four years and nine months (earlier it was erroneously reported that Snezhkov was sentenced to four and a half years).
