In July 2025, Snezhkov reported that a new criminal case had been opened against him. According to him, in January of the same year, when he was in SIZO-1 in Chita, a prisoner cooperating with the administration was placed in his cell and began asking Snezhkov why he was imprisoned. The anarchist spoke about his case — the conversation was recorded on a (voice recorder). On the basis of this recording, the FSB opened a criminal case for justification of terrorism. On October 22, 2025, Snezkov was sentenced, taking into account his previous term, to five years in a strict-regime colony. On February 16, 2026, the appellate court reduced the sentence by six months.
