Head of the Tyumen regional committee of the "Russian Communist Labour" Party (RCLP). On June 10, 2021, he was sentenced to a fine of five thousand rubles. On June 1, 2022, the cassation court overturned the verdict and sent the case for review. On September 29, 2023, the court of first instance again sentenced Cherepanov to a fine of five thousand rubles.
