On February24, 2011 the Medvedev inter-district investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Mari El issued a ruling on bringing as a defendant in the case of incitement to hatred against the "social group" of the police (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) resident Alexander Domrachev, who is accused of creating a group in the network "Vkontakte" called "Beat the cops!!!!! Save Russia!!!".
