Resident of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. On 8 April 2025, he was detained, allegedly for drunk driving. According to his common-law wife, he wrote "Putin x*lo" and "Slava U" and put a heart in the medical examination report. A report on public display of extremist symbols (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code) was drawn up on Ovsyannik, and on 10 April the court sent him to arrest for 13 days. On 14 July 2025, Ovsyannik was taken on his own recognizance. In October 2025, the case went to court. On 19 December 2025, Ovsyannik was sentenced to a fine of three million rubles.
